Chocolate has been traced back to the ancient Mayan and Aztec societies. The cocoa was served as a chilled beverage with spices added. The beverage was bitter as sweetener was not added until centuries later in Europe. Whether served bitter or sweet, everyone knows that chocolate is a healthy food containing antioxidants.

Strawberries were named 'strew berries' or 'strewn berries' because the berries were strewn across the plant. It is believed they were later called strawberries because farmers used straw to mulch the berries with. Strawberries grow on every continent on the planet except for in Africa, Australia and New Zealand. Strawberries are a beloved berry worldwide. The strawberry stems are edible. Strawberries are in the rosaceae family, along with roses, and contain vitamin C, potassium, folic acid, fiber and Vitamin B6.
